Would you really like to learn the ways of the Lord?

Did you know that there is a way to walk with God where the blessings of the Lord can enrich your total life? The Psalmist said that God raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap, to make them sit with princes, with the princes of His people.” (Cf. Psalm 113:7,8)

In my 60 years as a gospel minister, the Lord has helped me greatly to be able to share many life-changing truths. If you are serious about your walk with the Lord, and if you are willing to search the Scriptures with an open and honest heart and mind, there is a good chance that I help you.

Lawrence “Buddy” Martin and his wife, Betty, founded Christian Challenge in 1976 as a stewardship from the Lord.

Over the last fifty years, hundreds of disciples have been trained under the banner of Christian Challenge.

Their oldest son, Nathan Martin, was the first missionary, and he helped to establish a number of churches in Mexico, many of which were among indigenous people.

Nathan is now the pastor of Christian Challenge, while Buddy is the general overseer.

DOCTRINAL POSITION - My spiritual roots are Pentecostal, but my heart is simply to live as an evangelical Christian—committed to Jesus Christ, the authority of Scripture, and the present-day work of the Holy Spirit in the believer’s life.
